Early Ming Linji master in the Zhongfeng Mingben line, heir of Wanfeng Shiwei. Active at Baofeng monastery; his transmission continued through Tianqi Benrui and eventually reached Yunqi Zhuhong, the eighth Pure Land patriarch.
