Linji master of the far southwest, thirty-sixth generation below Nanyue. Dharma name Falin 發林, sobriquet Hengxiu(lin) of Lüluo. Born on the twenty-third of the seventh month of 1626. He was the heir of Yunhuan Chen (雲幻印宸, 1623–1669), who was himself an heir of Poshan Haiming — so he stands two steps below Poshan. He preached in the Sanba and Liuzhao country (Sichuan/Yunnan-Guizhou). He wrote the 行狀 for Jinping Poshi Zhuo, and he edited his own teacher's recorded sayings.
