Of the Zeng clan of Luzhou. Dharma heir of Erdu Daotai. He held Guanyin cloister at Xianren-shan in Linshui, Taiping monastery on Mt. Wanfeng in Dazhu, Xinglong in Wanxian, and Huiling at Shehong. His recorded sayings run to two fascicles; his heirs were Tianran and Shuiying. He also tonsured Chunbei Guangde, another master in this batch.
