Jingyuan of Huguo monastery in Taizhou (1094–1146), styled Ci'an and nicknamed 'Yuan the Cloth-Bag', surnamed Zhang of Yongjia. Ordained at eighteen and first trained in Tiantai doctrine, he abandoned it for Yuanwu Keqin at Zhongfu and became his heir in the Yangqi branch of Linji; he opened the dharma at Renshou and ended his days back at Huguo.
