Ziling of Lingquan at Jiashan in Lizhou, surnamed Zhou of Yixing, a dharma-heir of Fori Zhicai in the Yunmen school. Ordained in his home prefecture and fully ordained at eighteen, he wandered the monasteries before clarifying the mind-essence under his teacher; three heirs are recorded under him.
