A nun. Born 1606 in Hengzhou, Huguang, lay surname Liu. She read Tongji's Nanyue Chandeng lu, went to him for instruction, and sat forty-nine days and nights before breaking through; he tonsured and ordained her, she being thirty-four. After his death she went to Muyun at Helin and to Ruoan at Jiashan, and finally to Wanru Tongwei at Longchi, who sealed her. She held Huideng in Suzhou, Pudu at Xinghua, Guofu and Shanhu. Her record runs to four fascicles.
