Late-Tang / Five Dynasties master in the Qingyuan Xingsi line, approved by Luoshan Daoxian. Surname, birthplace and dates are unknown. Renowned for vigorous and sharply inventive teaching that both elders and juniors held in awe. He served as head seat at Zhizhe monastery in Wuzhou and then lived on Mingzhao shan for over forty years. Blind in his left eye, he was known as the One-Eyed Dragon (獨眼龍).
