Southern Song Chan master of the Linji/Yangqi line, styled Ye'an (野庵), resident at Shiting in Longxing prefecture. Dharma-heir of Dawei Shanguo. Remembered for his verse on Zhaozhou's 'wash your bowl' case: 'Have you finished your gruel yet? Zhaozhou had no taboos.'
