Chan master of Puguang cloister and later Jingxin cloister; of the Xiao clan of Jinling. He was a dharma heir of the layman-turned-monk Ci'an Zhenben — better known as the Herdsman of Old Bottle Mountain (古瓶山牧道者), whose lay name was Xiang Qian, styled Mugong, of Xiushui in Jiaxing, a descendant of the Ming minister Xiang Zhongyi. Zhenben himself received the seal from Jinming Jie'an Wujin in 1659. Jijun compiled his teacher's record, the Guping shan mudaozhe jiuxin lu, and signed it 'dharma-heir'. He also edited the Records of the Old Bottle Mountain Herdsman's mind-searching.
