Southern Song Chan master of Tiantong in Qingyuanfu, a native of Yiwu, surname Zhao. He first studied with Ying'an at Tiantong and Wu'an at Daochang, then awakened in the room of Shui'an Shiyi at Jingci and became his heir. He was head seat at Longxiang's Baitang, opened the dharma at Lingyan in Yanzhou, headed four monasteries, and was appointed by imperial order to Lingyin.
