Southern Song Chan master, abbot of Qingzhen cloister in Jiankang (from 1211) and later of Lingyin cloister in Qingyuanfu. His recorded sayings were compiled by his attendants Juexin and Zhiqing; the preface is dated 1243 and Wuzhun Shifan supplied a colophon. He calls Dahui Zonggao his 師祖 (teacher's teacher), which fixes him two generations below Dahui, and he composed a lament for Dun'an (遯庵宗演), a direct Dahui heir.
