A man of western Shu (Sichuan) who made his career in the east: he came out at Folong, moved to Fahua in Suzhou in 1260, was ordered to Xuedou in 1264 and to Ruiyan in 1269. A dharma heir of Wuzhun Shifan. He was a considerable writer — the Wujia zhengzong zan (Encomia on the True Lineage of the Five Houses) is his, and it is one of the sources used elsewhere in this batch to fix Mi'an Xianjie's teacher. He was dead by the autumn of 1279. Heirs: Kewong Shao and Fangwai Yuan.
