Northern Song Chan master of Yaoshan in Lizhou, listed in the Jianzhong Jingguo xudeng lu (1101) as a dharma heir of Juxin of Qianming in Dongchuan. Known from brief exchanges: the Buddha before appearing in the world is 'a big tree wrapped in big bark', after appearing 'a small tree bound in small bark'; the Immovable One is 'what the Four Kings cannot lift'.
