Linji master of the Qingshan (磬山) line, of the Wang family of Wuyuan in Xin'an. He was the dharma heir of Tongshou, and so a grand-heir of Tianyin Yuanxiu. He was abbot of Shending at Changsha, and died in 1654 aged forty-eight.
